How to cancel a Whop subscription (and get a refund)

Cancel before the renewal date

Whop memberships are subscriptions. The charge repeats every week, 14 days, month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; it doesn't refund the current period.

1. Log in at whop.com with the account you paid with.
2. Open your profile menu and go to your memberships (orders / purchases).
3. Choose the membership you want to stop.
4. Click Cancel membership and confirm.
5. Check your email for the cancellation confirmation, and keep it.

How refunds work on Whop

Each seller sets its own refund policy. Some offer a trial or a short refund window; many say all sales are final. Read the policy on the checkout page before you pay.

In our reviews, the refund complaints we saw most often were about renewals people forgot to cancel, and sellers who didn't reply. Trust My System reviewers mention a $29 refund fee; GoldBoys and Parlay Science reviewers describe denied refunds.

If the seller won't respond

Contact the seller first through the community's support channel and keep screenshots. If there's no answer, use Whop's own support from your account. As a last step, your card issuer can dispute a charge you did not authorise, but a dispute can get your Whop account restricted, so try the seller and Whop first.

Avoid the problem next time

• Set a calendar reminder a day before each renewal.
• Prefer groups with a free tier or trial; we mark them on every review.
• Avoid lifetime and weekly plans until you've tested the group.
